Weekly procedures

• Availabilities will be requested weekly, usually the Sunday prior to the following week's games.
• Respond back with the times you are available, or NOT available, via email.  If your availability changes, let me know asap.
• ASSIGNMENTS CAN BE FOUND ON LINE BY THURSDAY EVENING.
• Confirm your assignments, via email.  Check all fields and times to be certain you've got them.
• If an EMERGENCY happens, THEN call to tell me.  Leave a message and email to back it up.
ONLY rostered coaches and players (with passes) may be on the bench side. NO EXCEPTIONS
Fill out game reports for ejections and unusual incidents, such as injuries.
