Weekly procedures

  • Availabilities will be requested weekly, usually the Sunday prior to the following week's games.
  • Respond back with the times you are available, or NOT available, via email.  If your availability changes, let me know asap.
  • ASSIGNMENTS CAN BE FOUND ON LINE BY THURSDAY EVENING.
  • Confirm your assignments, via email.  Check all fields and times to be certain you've got them.
  • If an EMERGENCY happens, THEN call to tell me.  Leave a message and email to back it up.
  • ONLY rostered coaches and players (with passes) may be on the bench side. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Fill out game reports for ejections and unusual incidents, such as injuries.
