Referees are to check teams in
using the State generated rosters and the USYS player/coach passes before each
game. ONLY players, primary rostered to the team, are allowed to
participate in R3PL games. This should be done no later than 15 minutes prior to
kick-off time.
- Teams are to pay the
referees when they supply their rosters and player passes.
- U15-U16 (50/30/30) $55.00 per team, per game (two 20’s,
one 10, one 5)
- U17-U18 (60/35/35) $65.00 per team, per game (two 20’s,
two 10’s, one 5)
- The home team on the game
schedule is responsible for supplying the game report to the referees
before each game. Inform the referees to fill out completely, with ALL
cards and/or injuries, and any players serving Red card suspensions. Both
coaches are to initial there score following the game. The Home team is
to collect the game report after the referee has completed the game report
and send it to the D&P Chairman no later than the following Tuesday
morning. All Red carded player passes during that game are to be returned
to the teams.
- The visiting team may have
the referee mark down any players serving from their team on their own
individual game report or they can ask the referee to please note their
player that sat out a suspension, on the copy of their roster with the
date the player sat.
- Players serving their
suspension are allowed to sit on the bench with the team, but, must be out
of uniform and are the responsibility of the coach.
- Bench areas MUST be left in a clean state before the
teams leave.
All Game reports with incidents recorded, MUST be sent to
the R3PL Discipline & Protest Chairman no later than the following Tuesday
morning.
