Welcome to Law18.net.  By using this site, you accept the terms of this visitors’ agreement.

This Visitor Agreement applies to all of the Web sites owned and operated by Law18.

The Web is an evolving medium; we may change the terms of this Visitor Agreement from time to time. By continuing to use any of the sites after we post any such changes, you accept the Visitor Agreement, as modified. We invite you to bring to our attention any material you believe to be factually inaccurate. Please forward a copy of the material, along with an explanation of your disagreement.

The material that appears on the Site is for informational purposes only. Despite our efforts to provide useful and accurate information, errors may appear from time to time. This section is the privacy policy and explains our information collection and use practices online, including what we do with information that we collect and with whom we share that information. What Information We Collect

From time to time we may request limited personally identifiable information in order to offer promotions or other activities such as newsletters and lists of officials for future emailing of availability and other information. We may request only that you provide your e-mail address and your name.  However, if the activity might involve more, for perhaps sending of tournament pay or other officials only contact listings, this information will remain confidential and never be provided to anyone else without your consent.  We will delete any or all of your personal information upon your request.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a user under the age of thirteen, other than in a legally permissible situation, we will delete the information from our records as soon as we discover it.

As a parent or guardian, you may exercise your right to have your and your child's information deleted at any time. Additionally, you may review your child's personally identifiable information at any time.

We do not share information collected.  We agree to maintain the confidentiality, security and integrity of your information.

If additionally, in the unlikely event that all or substantially all of our assets relating to the family of Law18 sites are sold or transferred to another party, all personally identifiable information collected and saved by us may be transferred to this acquiring party. Finally, we may disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties in order to comply with law, law enforcement agencies, to protect our rights in or the safety of our web site, or to protect the safety or rights of other users of our web sites.

Cookies and Non-Personally Identifiable Information

I do not invoke cookies.  I do not link cookie data with personally identifiable information, nor would I store personal information in it, if they were invoked. You can disable cookies at any time by changing the preferences in your browser.

Also, please note that our advertisers or third-party ad servers may assign their own cookies to your browser, a process that we don't control. Once you leave our servers (you can tell where you are by checking the URL in the location bar on your browser), use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you're visiting.
